At Vincent’s Essentials, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we will assist you with your return.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with tags, where applicable
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Please do not return products to our business address or to the original shipping address without authorization.
After your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions for your order. The return location may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

2. Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and costs will be explained when your return request is approved.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or sent due to our error, we will provide appropriate return or replacement instructions at no additional cost to you, where applicable.
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
