we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label once your return request is approved. Original shipping costs from the initial purchase, if any, remain non-refundable
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at vincentiyalekhue021@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any manufacturing errors.
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the address below.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
