Return & Refund Policy

At Vincent’s Essentials, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vincent1982.com, including:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items are not eligible for returns outside of the EU 14-day withdrawal period.

6. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

This right applies to all products, including sale items.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, with packaging and proof of purchase).

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
